What Hapends if i Delay to return my Car

We offer one-hour extra time for free after the designated return time.

After that point, you will be charged for an extra day.

During the reservation, you have the option to select the exact time you will bring back the car. In case you need more time you can select the exact time and you will be charged for the extra hour.

If i Returnn My Car Earlier am I entitled to some refund

No monies are returned once the rental period has started.

What is the cancellations policy? Is there a charge?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed vehicle pick-up time. If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours, B&W Rent a Car follows the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation in less than 48 hours, the charge is 50€
If you cancel your reservation in less than 24 hours, the charge is 80.00 €
If the prepayment amount is less than € 70.00, there will be no additional charges or refunds.

You are not entitled to any refund in the case of a no-show.

No-show means:

If you want to cancel but inform us when your rental is almost ready to start.
You do not turn up at the agreed place and time to start the rental.
You do not present the necessary supporting documents – paperwork at the start of the rental.
You do not present a valid credit card in the name of the drier which has adequate funds to block the guaranteed amount.

My Car Has Broken Down

All Cars from B&W Rent a Car has 24 Hours Road Assistance. In case you need help a number is provided to you during your rental agreement. In case you don’t remember you will find it in the Insurance agreement.

Where Can I Pick Up my Car

Pick Up Drop Off is from our central office in Piraeus E7 Gate 6 Aristeidou str.

I Have Forgotten a personal item in the Car after drop off how can i get it back?

Please contact our central office so you can let us know. If the item is found in the vehicle we can send it to you at your own expense at the address you will provide.

How can i Cancel my Booking?

In case you would like to cancel your booking please contact us via email info@rentacar-bnw.com and we will do it for you.

Please don’t forget to give us your reservation number.

If I Need Cars Plate for booking Ferry Tickets

In case you need the car plates to book ferry tickets you can use the plate Rent 1234 .

For Rental Cars, the ferry companies accept this plate.

What age and driving licence requirements apply to drivers?

The minimum age limit is 24 and the maximum 70 years old.

The driving licence must have been issued at least 12 months before the start of the rental period.

Non-EU citizens must submit an international driving licence along with a valid International Driving Licence.

Fuel Policy

The driver must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when the vehicle was handed over to him. That amount is indicated in the rental agreement.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to the driver.

Monies will be not refunded nor will any set-off be made if the vehicle is returned with more fuel.

Can I Drive in a Different Country

Rent a Car B&W doesn’t allow to take the car to a different company.
